Robert Martin McMahan, 57, of Butler passed away at 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.

He was born on Nov. 25, 1956, in Butler to the late Martin McMahan and Betty (Hay) McMahan.

Robert was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in America. He was a railroad enthusiast and volunteered at the VA Butler Healthcare Medical Center.

Robert is survived by his sister, Sandra J. Eppinger; his two nephews; his great-niece, and his great-nephew.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David McMahan.

MCMAHAN — There will be no public visitation for Robert Martin McMahan, who passed away Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013.A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in America, 420 N. Main St., Butler, PA 16001, with the Rev. Michael Harvey of Seneca Hills Bible Camp in Polk, Pa., officiating.The arrangements are being handled by the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E.
