ADAMS TWP — McGinnis Sisters Special Food Stores will celebrate Thursday being among the first 35 listings named to the SoFAB Culinary Heritage Register at its store at Route 228 and Adams Ridge Blvd.

The SoFAB Culinary Heritage Register is a list of culinary products, processes, inventions, traditions, and businesses that are at least 60 years old and that have contributed significantly to the development of American food.

The Culinary Heritage Register explores and preserves the history of food and beverage in America.
