Deborah Kirkwood

Deborah L. Kirkwood, 48, of Cabot passed away Sunday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born on Feb. 22, 1965, in Oil City, she was the daughter of John F. and Nellie T. Kellerman Bowser.

Debbie was a homemaker. She attended the Cabot United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Winfield Township Volunteer Fire Company Fire Police. She enjoyed camping, collecting Breyer's Horses, spending time with her children and adopted children, going ghost hunting and her dog Bella.

Surviving are her husband, Charles W. Kirkwood, who she married on June 21, 1986; two daughters, Tressa Lee Kirkwood and her wife, Kayla, and Nicole Lynn Kirkwood and her fiance, Roger Edward Shelatree Jr.; five brothers, William Kellerman of Parker, Thomas Bowser Sr. of Parker, John F. Bowser Jr. of Knox, Eugene L. Bowser of East Brady and Rickie N. Bowser Sr. of Butler; two sisters, Nellie V. Stiffy of Knox and Marjorie Ann Dawson of Rimersburg; many nieces and nephews and a grandchild on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Barbara Wilbert and Betty Bowser; her nephew, Michael McMillen, and an infant nephew.

Kirkwood — The friends of Deborah L. Kirkwood, who passed away Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.The services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Matthew Judd officiating.
