LYNDORA — Registered dietary technician Ruth Douthett will present “Nutrition for a Healthier You” at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Tanglewood Center, 10 Austin Ave.

Douthett earned an associate degree in dietetics from Penn State University before coming to Concordia Lutheran Ministries more than 12 years ago. She manages the nutritional needs of the personal care residents, as well as health and wellness for employees.
