PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh powerhouse is returning to the Super Bowl in February. Nope, not the Steelers. Heinz ketchup.

The Pittsburgh-based condiment maker and food giant will air a 30-second ad during the Fox telecast of the game on Feb. 2.

This year's Super Bowl marks only the second time Heinz has advertised during the game. The last time was 16 years ago.

The commercial is part of a promotion in which customers have been asked to submit pictures of themselves with their favorite Heinz product.

CHICAGO — A federal judge has potentially opened a new market to gun dealers after ruling as unconstitutional Chicago ordinances that aim to reduce gun violence by banning their sale within the city's limits.U.S. District Judge Edmond E. Chang said Monday that while the government has a duty to protect its citizens, it's also obligated to protect constitutional rights, including the right to keep and bear arms for self-defense. However, Chang said he would temporarily stay the effects of his ruling, meaning the ordinances can stand while the city decides whether to appeal.
