BUTLER TWP — Butler schools have an early release today, and all after-school programs have been canceled, all because of the inclement weather that’s to continue throughout the day.

All elementary and secondary schools will be dismissed one hour early. That means secondary students will be dismissed at 1:30 p.m., junior high students at 1:45 p.m., and elementary students at 2:30 p.m.

Afternoon kindergarten has been canceled. Morning kindergarten students will be released at their usual time.
