Elizabeth Jane Norris
Elizabeth Jane Norris, 91, of Cabot, formerly of Sarver, passed away Saturday at the Good Samaritan Hospice.
Born on Aug. 28, 1922, in Natrona, Pa., she was the daughter of the late George and Della Mae (Schrecengost) Polliard.
A homemaker, Jane was a member of the Buffalo Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed crafts and crocheting.
Surviving are her loving son, James S. (Susan) Norris Jr. of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Tammi (Chris) Rossi of Butler, William (April) Norris of Sarver and Amy (Shawn) Vause of Kittanning; and her six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Norris, who passed away on May 10, 2002; her four brothers, George, Robert, Frank and Harry Polliard; and her two sisters, Violet Jean Moxon and Sarah Bargerstock.
NORRIS — The friends of Elizabeth Jane Norris, who passed away Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.The services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev.
