Alice Bungar Davis
Alice Bungar Davis of Center Moriches, N.Y., daughter of Wasyl and Anna Bungar of Butler, passed away Wednesday, with dignity and grace after a brief illness.
She was a woman of great faith and a friend to many. She will be remembered for her terrific smile, the love of her family and church, and service to the community.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Jim; her daughter, Terry Minnick of Flanders, N.Y.; her son, Shawn Davis of Harrison, N.J.; her grandson, Stefan Krywolap of Hampton Bays, N.Y.; her sisters, Mary Usechak of Grove City and Jean Markiw of Butler; and many nieces, nephews and friends far and near, who she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, John and William Bungar, and her sister, Helen Devore.
DAVIS — A memorial service celebrating the life of Alice Bungar Davis, who passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, will be Tuesday at the First Congregational Church of Riverhead in New York.
