Patricia Ann O’Malley, 67, of West Sunbury passed away at 5:55 p.m. Monday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice following a short illness.

She was born on July 24, 1946, in Harrison City, Pa., the daughter of the late William E. Fox and the late Ann A. Robinson Fox.

She enjoyed reading and tending to her flowers, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Michael S. O’Malley, who she married on Dec. 14, 1962; her four daughters, Cindy (Chris) Warner of Butler, Cara O’Malley of Butler, Colleen (John) Lasichak of West Sunbury and Jackie (Paul) Kundtz of Kent, Ohio; her son, Michael Shawn (Vicki) O’Malley of West Sunbury; and her 13 grandchildren, Connor Warner, Zac Bayless, Brady Bayless, Paiton Bayless, Kayla Lasichak, Emily Lasichak, Rosie (Lexi) Lasichak, Michael Anthony O’Malley, Wade Sarvey, Luke Sarvey, Matthew O’Malley, Patrick O’Malley and Kelly O’Malley.

Also surviving are her five sisters, Dorothy Blake of Akron, Ohio, Sandy (Jerry) Shorts of Cortland, Ohio, Darlene (Charles) Nolker of Nags Head, N.C., Sharon (Barry) McCall of Sarver and Linda Fox of Yucca Valley, Calif.; her four brothers, Jack (Marion) Fox of Diamond, Ohio, Ronald (Randi) Fox of Warren, Ohio, Douglas Fox of Mayfield, Ky., and Tom (Sue) Fox of Newton Falls, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her two infant brothers.

O’MALLEY — At her request, all services and burial for Patricia Ann O’Malley, who passed away Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, were private.

The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the William F. Young Funeral home, West Sunbury.
