Margaret A. Dietrich

Margaret A. Dietrich, 98, formerly of Butler, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday at the St. John Specialty Care Center.

She was born on Sept. 28, 1915, on the family farm in Penn Township, Butler County, to the late J. Winfield Huselton and Bertha M. (Wise) Huselton.

Mrs. Dietrich was a Godly woman of faith who left a strong family legacy.

Mrs. Dietrich is survived by her two sons, Charles E. Dietrich and his wife, Mary Jane, of Butler and Donald L. Dietrich of Middlesex Township; her two daughters, Dorothea Kraustok and her husband, William, of Butler and Beverly Watkiss and her husband, William, of Tennessee; her son-in-law, Gary Tagg; a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard L. Dietrich Sr., who she married on June 20, 1935, and who passed away on Sept. 18, 1979; her son and daughter-in-law, Leonard L. Dietrich Jr. and his wife, Nancy; her daughter, Connie M. Tagg; her daughter-in-law, Nancy Dietrich; her brother, Calvin Huselton, and her sister, Dorothy Lauster.

DIETRICH — The friends of Margaret A. Dietrich, who passed away Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.

The funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Daniel Aluise of the Oak Hill Alliance Church, Cranberry Township, officiating. Burial will be in the Summit Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Memorial donations are suggested to the St. John Specialty Care Center, 500 Whittenburg Way, Mars, PA 16046.
