People planning a Thanksgiving holiday wedding should apply for their marriage licenses now, said Judy Moser, Butler County Register of Wills & Clerk of Orphans' Court.Because state law requires a waiting period, the last day to apply for a marriage license in time for a Thanksgiving weekend ceremony is Nov. 22.Holiday marriage licenses must be picked up no later than 4 p.m. Nov. 27. The Butler County Government Center, 124 W.
