It seems like only yesterday

When God called you

Home in Heaven above.

But it’s been ten years ago today.

We will pull out pictures

And gaze into your eyes.

We recall all the moments we had,

The happy times and sad times

And everything in between.

Then we will visit your grave,

As we have many times.

We will always remember you.

Until one by one we see each other

At Heavens gates,

A family once again.

Gone but not forgotten!
