Willie Carrene Haver
Willie Carrene Haver, 91, of Mississippi passed away Sunday at Compere’s Nursing Home in Jackson, Miss.
Mrs. Haver was born in Philadelphia, Miss. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and a retired nurse. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mitchell Haver; her parents, William Franklin and Abbie Williamson Stewart; her son, Cammie Haver; her brother, Bobby Stewart; and sisters, Florence Maxey and Miltie Johnson.
Survivors include her sons, Sam Haver (Sylvia) of Raymond, Miss., and Bobby Haver of Willamsburg, Ohio; her daughters, Edna Fletcher (Ken) of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Linda Cicco (Bill) of Butler; her brothers, Noel Stewart and Frank Stewart; her sisters, Lillie Smith, Bessie Green and Bonnie Gray; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
HAVER — A funeral service for Willie Carrene Haver, who passed away Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013, was today in Mississippi.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Chancellor Funeral Home, Byram, Miss. Interment was in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg, Miss.
