Josephine R. “Jo” Faust, 78, of Pine Township, Gibsonia, died Tuesday morning in the comfort of her home.

Born on April 20, 1935, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes Kovach Rush.

At the time of her retirement in 2000, Jo had been the manager at the Saxonburg office of Mellon Bank.

She was a member of the St. Ferdinand’s Roman Catholic Church in Cranberry Township.

Surviving are her husband, Henry J. “Hank” Faust; two daughters, Donna Louise DiPaola and her husband, Guy, of Mocksville, N.C., and Patricia Lynn Kuhn and her husband, Keith, of Ellwood City; a son, Richard J. Faust and his wife, Amy, of Bakerstown; a sister, Agnes Fichter of Sharpsburg; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews.

FAUST — Friends of Josephine R. “Jo” Faust, who died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, will be received at theMcDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.

A Mass of Christian burial will be in the St. Ferdinand’s Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, at 10 a.m. Friday. Entombment will be in the mausoleum at Holy Savior Cemetery, Richland Township.
