Floyd 'Sugarbear' Wehr
Floyd “Sugarbear” Wehr, 78, of Evans City passed away Saturday while at the VNA Inpatient Hospice Unit in Butler.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
