Jean Louise Patch, 67, of Titusville, Fla., passed away Sunday at the Titusville Rehab and Nursing Center.

She was born to Theodore and Sara Weber in Pittsburgh.

Jean worked as a human resources worker at the Kennedy Space Center.

Jean is survived by her loving husband, Thomas; son, Thomas James Patch; daughter, Sandra Elder; sister, Ruth Edder; grandson, Anthony Elder; and granddaughter, Emma Elizabeth Elder.

She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Weber, and mother, Sara Weber.
