Elizabeth Dadey
Elizabeth Dadey, 21, of Cranberry Township passed peacefully Friday after a courageous fight with cancer.
She is survived by her loving parents, Laura and Brian, and her beloved sisters, Nicole, Rachel and Christina.
Elizabeth was a proud student of Dayton University, where she was a sister of Alpha Phi Omega, a member of the girl's rugby team and an honors student. She was a strong member of the Catholic Church and had much faith through her fight. She was passionate and an inspiration to all of those she met. She will be remembered for her courage, sense of humor and compassion.
DADEY — Friends of Elizabeth Dadey, who passed away Friday, Aug. 16, 2013, will be received from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Devlin Funeral Home, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. A Mass of Christian burial will be in the St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, at 10 a.m. Tuesday.In lieu of flowers, it is Elizabeth's request that donations be made to “Liz Kicks Cancer” to benefit The Child Life Department at Children's Hospital and a scholarship fund at Dayton University.
