Paul and Jean Costo

Paul and Jean Costo of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a dinner at the Tavern on the Square in New Wilmington.

Paul Costo married the former Jean Robison on Sept. 7, 1963, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

Costo retired after teaching 42 years in the elementary schools of the Butler School District.

Mrs. Costo served the Butler School District as a regular and substitute elementary teacher.

The Costos are members of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, the Butler County Association of School Retirees and the Butler County Historical Society.

Both enjoy traveling with an emphasis on visiting historic sites, especially Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia.
