Phillip James Cullin, 61, of Butler passed away Wednesday.

He was born Feb. 17, 1952, in Zelienople, the son of the late Edward and Diana Cullin.

Phil earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Houston and the American Culinary Institute. He was a professional chef.

Surviving are three sisters, Merrie Cullin, Julie Shepard and Denise Cullin.
