Geraldine Mildred Jack
Geraldine Mildred Jack, 76, of Forward Township passed away Wednesday while under the care of the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.
Born Oct. 15, 1936, in Worthington, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Mildred (Rumbaugh) Crissman.
Geraldine loved gardening, especially flowers, and she enjoyed the time spent with her family. Above all, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Homer Jack of Forward Township; her children, Deborah Marburger of Butler and Evan Jack of Mars; her sisters, Alberta Sterling of Ohio, Arlene Brand of Ohio, Linda Crissman, of Ohio and Robin Toy of Worthington; her grandson, Christopher Marburger of Forward Township, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Pyle.
JACK — Services for Geraldine Mildred Jack, who passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2013, will be held privately by her family. She will be laid to rest at the Evans City Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E. Main St., Evans City.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor in support of the VNA Inpatient Hospice, 115 Technology Drive, Butler, PA 16001.
