Dorothy Fike

Dorothy M. Fike, 73, of Connoquenessing passed away Saturday while under the care of the Grove City Medical Center.

Born Aug. 19, 1939, in Connoquenessing, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Melissa (Frishkorn) Stevick.

Dorothy enjoyed baking and reading, but above all, she cherished the time spent with her family. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Irvin C. Fike Jr., who she married on Jan. 12, 1957; her daughter, Cindy Fike of Grove City; her son, Irvin C. Fike III of Knox; her brother, Glenn Duncan of Grove City; her sister, Margaret Badger of Portersville; her two grandchildren, Jaclyn Fike and Aleyssia Fike; one great-grandson, Phoenix Bizub, and several loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

FIKE — The family of Dorothy M. Fike, who passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013, will welcome friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.A funeral ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Willard Morse, officiating.
