The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department’s next program in the Outdoor Discovery Series will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Carousel Shelter in Alameda Park.

George Cancilla, a wilderness survival expert and survival instructor at Butler County Community College, will discuss wilderness survival and highlight preparation, safety and bush craft.
