Sliders' rally falls short
Slippery Rock’s late rally was not enough as the Sliders dropped a 13-7 Prospect League home game to Lorain County Tuesday night.
The hosts trailed 11-2 before plating four runs in the bottom of the eighth inning.
Ryne Clark led the Sliders’ 11-hit attack with two doubles and two runs scored.
