The Municipal Authority of Adams Township will flush water lines Tuesday to July 9 north of Route 228. There may be discoloration of the water with this. It is recommended that customers test the water before using large quantities of it. Celebrating their 40th anniversary Sunday are Harold and Ethel Double of Chicora, and celebrating their 18th anniversary are Basil and Karen Stewart of Butler.
