Hunter Moore pitched five solid innings and drove in three runs to pace Butler City to a 12-1 win over Cranberry on Tuesday.

Moore gave up three hits, struck out four and had two singles for Butler City (8-4), while Josh Friel tallied a double and three RBIs. Andy Campoli singled twice for Cranberry.

Butler City hosts West Sunbury on Thursday. Cranberry will host Center Township.

Meridian 5, Valley 1 — Robert Stamm fired a complete game and struck out nine to earn the win at Pullman Park.

Jake Campbell and Tony Cillo each singled and drove in a run, while Adam Knauer singled twice and swiped two bases for Meridian. Nick Pleva singled and doubled for Valley.

Meridian travels to Slippery Rock Thursday. Valley will host East Butler Saturday.
