Guy K. Mack
Guy K. Mack, 50, of Slippery Rock, formerly of Penn Township, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday at his home.
He was born April 16, 1963, in Butler, and was the son of Thomas C. Mack Sr. and Anna Bickish Mack.
Guy was an avid football player and fan. He played for the Knoch Knights high school football team, graduating in 1981, as well as playing for Slippery Rock University.
Even though paralyzed in an industrial accident in 1990, he loved to interact with the Slippery Rock University Football team, often going to the practice field to cheer the players on.
He enjoyed sharing his faith with young and old, and was interested in people’s well being.
His passion and talent was being a wildlife artist, which he continued up to the end.
Guy was a beloved brother of Thomas C. (Sherri) Mack Jr. of Butler and Catherine “Kitty” Mack of Butler and uncle of Jason (Kayla) Mack and Chelsey Mack.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
MACK — Friends of Guy K. Mack, who passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg.
