Pittsburgh may lose bus stops
PITTSBURGH — It may be getting tougher to catch a bus in Pittsburgh.
The Port Authority of Allegheny County says it will eliminate more than 430 bus stops on 36 different routes in the Pittsburgh area starting June 16.
It said the stops were identified as underused through passenger counts done by sensors in bus doorways.
A full list of the stops and routes is on the Port Authority’s website.
