Helen E. Lindemann
Helen E. Lindemann, 96, of Zelienople passed away Thursday while under the care of the VNA Hospice.
She was born Aug. 25, 1916, in Butler and was the daughter of the late James and Anna (Garris) Prebble.
Helen loved spending her free time reading and being with her beloved dog. Above all, she was a loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two sons, Howard R. James and his wife, Beverly, of Callery and J. James and his wife, Norma, of Georgia; her daughter, Patricia Rock and her husband, Rene, of Zelienople; her six grandchildren, Kimberly Jacob and her husband, Robert, of Ellwood City, Tamara Cerra and her husband, Dave, of Callery, Douglas E. Williamson of Texas and Greg Williamson of Florida, David H. James Jr. of Florida and Michelle James of Ellwood City; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard J. James; her son, David H. James; two brothers; and one sister.
LINDEMANN — A memorial service for Helen E. Lindemann, who passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013, will be at noon Saturday at the Crestview Community Church, 210 Kline Ave., Callery, PA, 16024. She will be laid to rest at the Locust Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor in support of the VNA Hospice, 154 Hindman Road, Butler, PA 16001.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, PA 16063.
