CHICORA — The annual Kaylor School reunion will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Frogtown Wildlife Club, Chicora Road.

Take a dish to share, as well as photographs relating to Kaylor School.

The First English Lutheran Church Fun Festival will be from 9:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the church, 241 N. Main St.It will feature games, prizes, food, face painting and a pet blessing by Pastor Jim at 1 p.m.The event will be in the social room and parking lot adjacent to the church.

LYNDORA — The Tanglewood Center, 10 Austin Ave., will host a scrapbooking class from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday. The class continues on the first Friday of every month in the Harringer Room.Some supplies will be available. Participants are to take papers, tape, punches, scissors, glue sticks, scrapbook pictures, glue dots, embellishments and stickers.For more information, call 724-287-0021.

CHICORA — St. Joseph Church, 864 Chicora Road, will have a Strawberry and Sundae Festival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 9. Participants will build their own ice cream sundaes.

SARVER — The Pieceful Patchers will host Pat Knoechel of Quilt in a Day from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. June 10 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church Heide Hall, 409 Sarver Road.The event includes a trunk show, lecture and shopping.

VOLANT, Lawrence County — A rabies clinic to benefit the Butler March of Dimes will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. June 13 at the Plain Grove Township Building, 1029 Plain Grove Road. Dr. Jeff McKissick will be the veterinarian.

LYNDORA — St. John Byzantine Catholic Church, 105 Kohler Ave., will have a church rummage sale and halupki and haluski sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 14 and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 15.

St. Fidelis Parish will have a rummage sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 14 and 15 at the social hall, 125 Buttercup Road.Donations may be dropped off June 8 and 9. No clothing will be accepted. No donations will be accepted after June 9.If unable to keep donations until the drop-off weekend, call Jennifer Henry at 724-283-9417.Notices of local upcoming news should be received by the Focus Department one week in advance of the event.
