Regina “Gina” Everly of Tionesta, Pa., formerly of Butler, died March 1, 2013.

She was the loving mother of Alyce Busch and Rhiannon L. Fray, both of Tionesta; and a sister of Jo Ann Lewis of Pleasantville, Pa. Two grandsons and several nieces and nephews also survive.

EVERLY — A memorial service has been set for Regina “Gina” Everly, who died Friday, March 1, 2013, at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the Tionesta United Methodist Church, 208 Elm St., Tionesta, PA 16353.The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the West Penn Hospital Blood and Marrow Transplant Program Memorial Fund, 4800 Friendship Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15224 in memory of Gina Everly.
