Lois J. Epple

Lois J. Epple, 84, of Cranberry Township passed away Thursday while under the care of the Evergreen Nursing Home in Harmony.

She was born Nov. 5, 1928, and she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Welcome (Castor) Seaber.

Lois was a homemaker and avid sports fan who loved the Pittsburgh Steelers. But above all, she was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Joyce Pearce and her husband, Rich, of Cranberry Township, Robin Verzolini and her husband, Vince, of Stewartstown and Mike Epple and his wife, Becky, of Cranberry Township; her grandchildren, Eric, Brad and Steve Pearce, Nolan and Devon Epple and Alexis and Nickolas Verzolini; and one great-grandson, Hayden Pearce.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Epple, who passed away in 1988.

EPPLE — A private Christian burial for Lois J. Epple, who passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2013, will be at Allegheny Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME,130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lois’ honor in support of the ALS Association, 416 Lincoln Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15209.
