Verna M. (Orris) Coester
Verna M. (Orris) Coester, 86, of Mars, passed away Friday while under the care of the UPMC Passavant Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She was born Sept. 13, 1926, in Etna, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Henry C. and Edna M. (Braun) Orris.
She is survived by her daughter, Virginia Coester, of Richland Township, her sister-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 42 years, William J. Coester, who passed away on Sept. 13, 1988, and her four brothers.
