Judy Philips, 66, of Butler passed away at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born June 26, 1946, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Robert Howard and Bessie (Barto) Philips.

Surviving are two brothers, Robert R. Philips and Randall H. Philips, both of Butler; a number of nieces and nephews, and her friend, Pamela Grabe of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Ann Christy.
