Associated Artists of Butler County features artwork by Jeff Vargo and his daughter, Gabrielle Vargo, in the Underground Gallery at The Art Center, 344 S. Main St. The artists' works showcase anime, acrylics, jewelry, engraved glass and dolls. Both residents of Campbell, Ohio, father and daughter have been participating in shows at the Underground Gallery for several years. Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., presents a travelogue series with the first installment featuring Carole and Jack Fruehstorfer and their recent adventure to the country of Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, at 6:30 p.m. today. The country of Turkey will be the topic of Jack Nichols' travelogue at 6:30 p.m. May 2. And Zelda Wilbert will discuss her time spent in Taiwan at 6:30 p.m. June 5. Reservations are required.
