Jack Vereb

Jack J. Vereb of Harrisville died Sunday evening at UPMC Passavant Hospital.

He was born in Brownsville, Pa., and was a son of the late Paul G. Vereb and Ida Violet (Metcalfe) Vereb.

Jack was a retired welder for the Local 3 Ironworkers Union, was a lifetime member of the NRA, had enjoyed the outdoors and hunting. His other interests included Corvettes and Harley Davidsons.

Surviving are his sister, Paulette K. (Gerald) Stewart of Glenshaw; one son, Paul Scott of McKeesport; one daughter, Gina Rae Vereb of Pittsburgh; three grandchildren; and numerous nephews.

VEREB — Friends of Jack J. Vereb, who died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E.
