MaryAnn 'Mary' (Badali) Willard

MaryAnn Willard

MaryAnn “Mary” (Badali) Willard, 79, of Butler, formerly of Hampton, passed away at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday at St. Barnabas Retirement Village.

She was born April 7, 1933, in Ellwood City to the late August L. Badali and Margaret R. (Giuffre) Badali.

Mrs. Willard was a graduate of Hampton High School. She was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, and enjoyed family, gardening and crafts.

Mrs. Willard is survived by two daughters, Kathleen (Don) Harris of Butler and Maureen (Chip) Keen of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two sons, Frederick L. (Maryjean) Willard of Miles City, Mont., and David W. (Linda) Willard of Pittsburgh; nine grandchildren, Steven Harris, Sean Harris, Jessica Brenckle, Jason Keen, Nathan Keen, Amanda Willard, Melinda Willard, Alex Willard and Nicklas Cottrell; four great-grandchildren, Grace Harris, Noah Harris, Ila Rose Brenckle and Alison Harris; one brother, August J. (Rosemarie) Badali of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick W. Willard, who she married April 11, 1953, and who passed away June 7, 2011.

WILLARD — Friends of MaryAnn “Mary” (Badali) Willard, who passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Thompson- Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler. The St. Paul's Catholic Women will meet at 9:40 a.m. Monday at the church to recite the rosary. Entombment will take place in the Butler County Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the March of Dimes, 5168 Campbells Run Road, Suite 101, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.Online condolences can be given at www.thompson-miller.com.
