Joan Uram

Joan M. Uram, 78, of Lyndora died Wednesday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born July 10, 1934, in Butler Township, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Josephine Uram.

Joan had worked in the attendance office at the Butler Intermediate High School and was a member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Lyndora.

She is survived by several cousins including, Nancy and Charles Dolan, Helen Briston, George and Debbie Briston, Bill and Janet Uram, Patty and Joe Newcaster, Margie and Frank Hanratty, Mickey and Sherri Uram, Mary Ann and Jim DiBiccaro, Barbie and Don Nemcek, Paul and Helen Uram, Michael Uram, Larry and Jennifer Wolenski and Bill and Diane Wolenski.

URAM — Friends of Joan M. Uram, who died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, 105 Kohler Ave., Lyndora. The Rev. Leo Schlosser, pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in North Side Cemetery, Butler. Parastas services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
