Lifesteps' Early Education Center, 383 New Castle Road, is now enrolling for the Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts program.Lifesteps was chosen by the state as a local Pre-K Counts provider to offer 3- and 4-year-old children, who qualify, a free pre-kindergarten education. WINFIELD TWP — Rainbow Animal Refuge will hold a rabies clinic from 1 to 4 p.m. March 9 at the Winfield Township Volunteer Fire Department, 200 Brose Road, Cabot.Dogs must be leashed and cats must be in proper carriers. All pets must be at least 13 weeks old.
