Amy L. Meyers, 55, of Ambridge died unexpectedly Thursday in her home.

Amy was born Nov. 18, 1957, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of John and Eileen McWilliam. She graduated from North Allegheny High School, Class of 1975.

She is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, John Meyers of Ambridge; their children, Evan and Allyssa Meyers; one stepson, Nicholas Meyers of Hampton; one stepgrandson, Gabriel Meyers; one brother, John (Tara) McWilliam of Pittsburgh; one sister, Laurie (Lt. Col. Ron) Uline of Omaha, Neb.; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.

Amy was preceded in death by her parents.

MEYERS — Friends of Amy L. Meyers, who died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, will be received at the John Syka Funeral Home, 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge, from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, where a prayer service will be conducted by John Meyers’ brother-in-law, the Rev. Ken Schad. Per her wishes, cremation services will follow.
