Thomas William Kubica, 23, formerly of New Sewickley Township, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday in his Charleston, S.C., apartment.

He is survived by his parents and two siblings.

KUBICA — Funeral services for Thomas William Kubica, who died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, are still being arranged and will be private. His ashes will be scattered in Washington, D.C.Arrangements are being handled by the Moore Funeral Home, South Carolina.
