Mom,

I understand it was your time to go. I just wish I could have said goodbye, and that’s what upsets me so.

There were so many things that I wanted to say, and I thought that I would have the time.

But now you are where you want to be, and that helps ease my mind.

I wish you didn’t have to go alone, But I know in my heart you finally made it home.
