Butler Little Theatre opens “Italian American Reconciliation,” about life in an Italian-American family, Friday at One Howard St.

Curtain is at 8:15 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The play runs through Jan. 26.

The Art Center, 344 S. Main St., hosts an exhibit to benefit the Butler County Humane Society from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday.Two seniors from Moniteau High School have chosen the Humane Society as the recipient of their charitable senior project.
