Diane E. Navolio

Mrs. Diane E. (Diller) Navolio, 61, formerly of Brackenridge, passed away Tuesday at her home following a lengthy illness.

She was born July 2, 1951, in Harrison Township, a daughter of the late Wilbert G. and Mary Etta (Maeder) Diller Sr.

Diane lived in Center Township since 2005 and before that spent most of her life in Brackenridge.

She was a private duty home health care aide in the Harrison Township area for many years.

Diane was a member of the Natrona Heights Presbyterian Church and a 1968 graduate of Highlands High School. She enjoyed taking care of her family and going on family vacations.

Diane is survived by her husband of 31 years, Robert J. Navolio Sr., her children, Jason R. Navolio of Bayonne, N.J., and Lisa Diane (Matthew) Flaus of Claysville, Pa., and a granddaughter, Emily Diane Flaus.

She also is survived by her stepchildren, Robert J. Navolio Jr. of Ford City and Jodi Lynn Navolio of New Castle, and her step-granddaughter, Sarah Pilgrim of New Castle, as well as two additional step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.

A sister, Susan L. (Scott E.) Brink of Freeport, also survives.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Wilbert Diller Jr. and Larry Diller.

NAVOLIO — Relatives and friends of Diane E. (Diller) Navolio, who passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the DUSTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., Tenth Avenue at Corbet Street, Tarentum.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday with her pastor, Rev. Cameron R. Malcolm, IV, officiating. Private chapel services will be held in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
