Ann Bisceglia

Ann R. Bisceglia of Port St. Lucie, Fla., formerly of Cranberry Township and Centerville, Ohio, went to be with the Lord with her family by her side on Sunday.

Born Ann Rose Keating on April 26, 1932, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Rose M. (Walsh) Keating.

Ann moved to Western Pennsylvania after her marriage to Joseph Bisceglia in August 1952.

She was an avid sports fan and many of her friends and family considered her to be the biggest Steelers fan in Florida. Ann enjoyed bowling and the friendships that she developed, but her greatest passion was the love of her family.

Ann leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 60 years, Joseph A. Bisceglia; her seven loving children, Joseph L. Bisceglia and his wife, Mary Anne, of Seven Fields, Robert G. Bisceglia and his wife, Maria, of Mars, Louis “Bud” Bisceglia and his wife, Joyce, of Lower Burrell, Gerard Bisceglia of Finleyville, Pa., Joann Trautman of Centerville, Ohio, James A. Bisceglia of Germantown, Ohio, and Teresa Weatherspoon and her husband, Michael, of Kettering, Ohio; her three siblings, J. Robert Keating and his companion, Maryann Filipi, of Palm Coast, Fla., Eugene Keating and his wife, Ann, of Haines City, Fla., and Frances Moore and her husband, Robert, of Butler, who lived with Ann and her family from the age of 13; 20 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.

BISCEGLIA — Ann R. Bisceglia passed away Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012. Ann's family will welcome friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the St. Kilian Catholic Church, Clark and Cherry streets, Mars, with Father Charles S. Bober, celebrant. Please meet at the church.She will be laid to rest at 1 p.m. Monday at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, Pa.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ann's honor in support of the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 S.E.
