Nickle

Michael W. Nickle, 40, of Butler lost his battle with pancreatic cancer early on Friday.

Mike is survived by his wife, Heather and their son, Dakota. Also surviving Mike are his parents, Robert and Ruth Nickle of Butler; and his siblings, Sandra McElroy of Orange, Texas, Shirley McGranahan of Greenville, John Nickle of Greenville, Penny Guiste of Butler and Rick Nickle of Butler.

Mike was a U.S. Air Force crew chief on a B-52 bomber in his twenties. He was also a proud Eagle Scout. Post-Air Force, Mike was known as The Bulldozer to his co-workers due to his untiring and dedicated work ethic.

NICKLE — Family and friends of Michael W. Nickle, who passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, are invited to gather and celebrate Mike's life at the Meridian Vet's Club at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16.
