Lewis R Hogan, 81, of Butler passed away Oct. 9 at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born Sept. 1, 1931, the son of the late Gladys Smith.

He was a custodian at North Street Christian Church. He also was active at his Masonic lodge.
