The collection belonged to the late Katie Marburger and spans more than 40 years.

Lifesteps offers child screeningLifesteps’ free screen ing service for children from birth to age 5 will be from 8 a.m. to noon, Dec. 3 at the Butler YMCA, 339 N. Washington St., and Dec. 17 at the Lifesteps Program Center, 383 New Castle Road.The screening looks at the child’s development in the areas of playing, talking, seeing, hearing, moving and thinking.Appointments are recommended, but are not required. Children’s party set at firehallCHICORA — There will be a children’s community Christmas party from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Chicora Fire Hall, 202 W.
