Patricia E. McKay Shaner, 72, of Portersville passed away Sunday.

She was the beloved wife of Harry James Shaner; stepmother of Penny Dewoehrel, Kimberly Tabrosky and the late Ricky Shaner and James Lockhart; sister of Kay Lang, Georgene Veltri, George, Rich and Tom McKay and the late James McKay; and sister-in-law of Lucille Friel and Anna Mae Townsend. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Pat was a retired nurses aide and worked at Evergreen Nursing Home in Harmony for 35 years.

SHANER — Friends of Patricia E. McKay Shaner, who passed away Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at WEDDELL-AJAK FUNERAL HOME, 100 Center Ave., Aspinwall, where a blessing service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday.
