Richard A. Bottles Sr.

Richard A. Bottles Sr., 69, of Harmony passed away Thursday afternoon at UPMC Passavant.

Born in Pittsburgh, Aug. 23, 1943, he was the son of the late Floyd and Dorothy Walter Bottles.

He was a member of the Grace @ Calvary Lutheran Church, Butler.

He worked at Robinson Industries, retiring after 44 years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Betty L. Forringer Bottles, who he married on May 27, 1961; two sons, Richard (Barbara) of Fairmont, W.Va., and Brian Bottles of Butler; four grandchildren, Damien, Gabriella, Megan and Lolita; two sisters; and three brothers.

BOTTLES — Friends and relatives of Richard A. Bottles Sr., who passed away Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, 114 W. Spring St., Zelienople. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
