It is so hard to believe that it has been a year, when it only feels like yesterday, that God decided He needed you, more than us.

They say it gets easier, but we don’t believe it’s so! The sadness and heartache never goes away.

Our family cookouts, holiday dinners and birthday parties are never the same. We miss our Gentle Giant, your smiling face, your laugh, the jokes and all the fun we had together.

You, Grandma and Grandpa give a big hug to each other from us. Till we are all together again and our broken family chain is linked once again.

You are so deeply missed and dearly loved,
